Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama ensured all venue renovation for Asian games 2018 under Jakarta Provincial Government would finish on time.

At least two venues become city administration responsibility, Equestrian and Velodrome.

“I have told President that the project is still on track,” he said, Monday (5/2).

Besides those venues, city administration will also construct LRT (Light Rail Transit) and widen sidewalk on Jalan Sudirman and MH Thamrin.

“LRT will be constructed on time for Asian Games 2018,” he added.

The sidewalk widening project is related with Semanggi flyover construction. It is hoped the construction could finish before Asian Games.
